As a therapist with many years of experience, I provide professional counseling for individuals, couples and groups dealing with a wide variety of personal and relational issues.  Although the problems we as individuals face may have similar themes and stories, the foundation of my work is to recognize the uniqueness of each person, and to create an individual plan of therapy tailored to each client’s specific needs. This work begins with an initial conversation exploring a client’s reasons for seeking counseling and examining some of their possible goals for therapy.  If both myself, and the client judge working together to be a good fit, further sessions involve discussion and collaboration in order to achieve those goals.
